Gemilai coffee 1

58 mm Commercial
Brewing System

For many years, Gemilai has
been dedicated to bringing
commercial standards and
technologies into the home.
The 58 mm commercial filter
basket, metal group head,
and high-density shower
screen used in its commercial
brewing system have become
the iconic features of
Gemilai’s product design.

Thermal Balance
Group Head

Additional PTC heating
elements on the group head
help reduce temperature
loss as water flows from the
pipes to the group head,
minimizing extraction
temperature variations and
ensuring stable coffee
extraction.

Complex Group Head

The group head and brew boiler
are integrated into an upper
and lower structure that the
water can seamlessly pass,
reducing the temperature loss
during extraction. The heat
exchange design of water
circulation ensures both
stability and precision in
temperature control.

Complex Heat Exchanger
Boiler System with Complex
Group Head

The patented flagship boiler system,
which ingeniously integrates brew boiler
and steam boiler through a specific flow
path for multi-level segmented heat
exchange, ensures both the durability
needed for high-demand commercial use
and the freshness of water quality during
extraction.

Complex Multi-Boiler System with
Saturated E61 Group Head

A 300 ml PID-controlled water storage boiler is
horizontally connected to the rear of the classic E61
group head, forming a zero-distance structure
between the boiler and the group head. This design
ensures precise and adjustable temperature control,
with extraction temperature exactly as displayed.

This technology retains four key features of the E61
group head: heat exchange, siphon insulation,
mechanical pre-infusion, and high thermal conductivity
of pure copper. Additionally, it achieves independent
temperature control for the group head. The saturated
E61 group head, brew boiler, and heat exchanger steam
boiler are interconnected in series, enabling staged
heating. This results in a balanced system with high
performance, high efficiency, and excellent durability,
ensuring more stable coffee output.
