Complex Multi-Boiler System with
Saturated E61 Group Head
A 300 ml PID-controlled water storage boiler is horizontally connected to the rear of the classic E61 group head, forming a zero-distance structure between the boiler and the group head. This design ensures precise and adjustable temperature control, with extraction temperature exactly as displayed. This technology retains four key features of the E61 group head: heat exchange, siphon insulation, mechanical pre-infusion, and high thermal conductivity of pure copper. Additionally, it achieves independent temperature control for the group head. The saturated E61 group head, brew boiler, and heat exchanger steam boiler are interconnected in series, enabling staged heating. This results in a balanced system with high performance, high efficiency, and excellent durability, ensuring more stable coffee output.

HX Saturated Group Head · Concatenate HX Boilers System II
Gemilai’s saturated brew boiler adopts a tri-layered composite connection design, characterized by the axial alignment of the heating tube, rear chamber, and connecting neck. This design facilitates uniform thermal convection in a three-dimensional direction, while ingeniously integrating the solenoid valve and reference flow regulator into the self-contained external circulation loop of the sealed heat exchange core pipe, from the water pipe to the dispersion screen-resulting in greater thermal stability and faster control responsiveness. Building on the 1st-generation complex heat exchanger boiler system with its cascaded heating mechanism, the new system optimizes hot–cold water mixing ratios in accordance with the saturated brew boiler’s properties. This evolution leads to Gemilai’s 2nd-generation complex heat exchanger boiler system-a new flagship configuration.
