PREPARATION
For the preparation of this drink we must equip ourselves with a shaker, a strainer and a jigger to measure the amounts of liquid.
Pour all the ingredients inside the shaker, add ice and shake vigorously for 10/15 seconds. After filtering all the contents with the strainer inside the cappuccino cup.
The equipment needed to make almond milk velvet is: an electric mixer and a brocchetta.
Put the almond milk in the brocchetta together with the sucroester, stir gently with a teaspoon the contents until the sucro is completely dissolved.
Then mix everything to incorporate air until you create a shiny velvet similar to the cream of milk, leave the velvet to rest slightly so as to make it thicker and lay it gently with a teaspoon on the surface of the drink.
