Firstly, choose the item(s) you would like to purchase by clicking the ‘add to cart’ button. Once you have finished choosing your items, process to the ‘View Cart’ icon on the left of the screen (or top right if you are on mobile) which will take you to the online checkout. Once you have checked all of your items and quantities you will be asked to fill out your payment details on our secure server. Payments are secured with SSL and processed securely by PayHere, your card details are not stored anywhere in our database. We will send you a confirmation email once this is complete, in order to confirm your order.
To purchase our products, we accept the following payment methods:

The prices are valid at the time ordering. The period of validity of our limited offers can be found where they are illustrated on the Website. All prices include tax but exclude shipping costs.
We offer FREE shipping throughout the Sri Lanka on orders of LKR. 5000 and above, not including shipping costs. Your order total must be LKR. 5000 or above, before adding shipping costs, to qualify for Free Shipping. For orders less than LKR. 5000, shipping costs are only LKR. 200 for regular delivery. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We partner with some of Sri Lanka’s leading courier companies. They will deliver your order directly to you. Please make sure that all the address and contact details you’ve provided us are correct to ensure they can get to you quickly! Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as someone needs to sign for the order.
We can deliver to any residential or commercial address in Sri Lanka where a person is available to receive the order. If you aren’t at home during the day, we would suggest having your order sent to your place of business or somewhere where you know someone will be available as the order will need to be signed for.
To check your order status, you can complete the following:
– Login to your Cafe Bistro Account, select order history and click on the specific order to track its status
– Alternatively, you may refer to your shipping confirmation email

Please note, if you order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it. You can, however, return a product for a full refund as per our return policy.
Please note orders are usually dispatched within a 24-hour period.
In order to get your products to you as quickly as possible, we package up our orders fast. This means that we are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. We recommend keeping the beans away from heat and light, in an airtight container. Keep the coffee beans at room temperature, and we recommend keeping beans whole rather than pre-grinding.
